Land on Koh Tao is selling for anywhere from 1 million per rai to 5 million per rai (1rai = 1600sqM). A community in the north of Sairee has recently sold plots at 2.4 million per rai and all sold out within a few short months. Adjacent to my plots, there is the upscale development which is estimated they will sell land in smaller plots for around 3M per rai.

One neighbor has sold his final 2 rai of land in Lang Khaii for 1.5 million each. Another neighbor estimates the value of a rai in Lang Khaii to be at least 1.5M per rai or higher.

I have some investments to make and need to price my land aggressively for a quick sale. This is why I am selling my land in 2 small plots and asking only 1.25M per rai.

Plot #1 has a total area of .9 rai and is selling for b1,125,000-
Plot #2 has a total area of 1.7 rai and is selling for b 2,125,000-

This is incredibly low considering the easy access, the views, and the availibility of utilities. Most plots offering similar features are selling for way over 2M per rai.

I am willing to pay a 2% find-a-buyer fee to anyone who introduces me to a buyer who ends up purchasing a plot. If you find this website on your own, I will honor a 2% discount. This would amount to about b20,000 for plot #1 and about b40,000 for plot #2.

I will probably be working in Khao Lak for the diving season (November - April). I'd like to find a buyer for the land before leaving on this trip. I'm also willing to make a significant discount for anyone interested in buying both plots.
