After moving away from Thailand we bought this duplex in need of repair to fix up and live in and rent out. The house is from 1875 and was originally a large single family house, but was converted to 2 units some 30 years ago. The lower unit is a 1-bedroom and the upper unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and is a 3 bedroom. We are doing most of the work ourselves and have made a blog to detail everything we're doing.
